Black Mamba Pistol Takedown
Our Black Mamba pistols are built using a Ruger® MK IV™ frame. This allows us to utilize the push-button takedown feature. In a couple of simple steps you can have your Black Mamba disassembled for cleaning or maintenance.
Tools Needed
- A clean, non-slip surface, such as our Cleaning Mat
Take Down
Eject the magazine and make sure the chamber is clear.
Pull the bolt back to cock the pistol, then release the bolt.
Move the safety to the safe position.
Push the button on the rear of the frame and then pivot the rear of the upper up to separate it from the frame.
Pull the bolt out from the rear of the upper.
